Battery Isolators

  • Isolates auxiliary battery from starting battery to
       assure extra loads will not drain the starting battery.
  • Distributes battery charge on demand.
  • Shock, moisture and corrosion resistant insulation
       for maximum circuit protection.
  • Blue anodized aluminum heat sinks for maximum
       heat dissipation.

    Adjustable Regulator

    • Fully adjustable voltage (14-20 Volts)
    • Short circuit and load dump protected
    • Extra filter networks to protect against voltage spikes
    • Custom factory installation with a new alternator necessary

    CAUTION: This regulator is meant for professional use only. DO NOT OVERCHARGE! Overcharging may damage components or cause batteries to explode. Use a good volt meter to monitor the charging system.

    Charge Wires

    The connection between the alternator and the battery is very important. An undersized charge wire or improperly attached terminals could result in voltage loss.  Powermaster offers charge wires in various lengths.

    Powermaster uses fine stranded, highly flexible neoprene cable for the 4, 6, and 8 AWG charge wires. (10 and 12 AWG not available from Powermaster.)

    Powermaster Welder

    We recommend a minimum of a 140 amp alternator for welding.  If your stock alternator is less than 140 amps, we recommend upgrading to a new Powermaster alternator.  Included with the welder is a certificate that entitles you to send your alternator (whether it is a stock unit or a new Powermaster alternator) to us for converting, at no cost to you.
    Powermaster will:

    1) Configure your alternator to connect directly to the Powermaster Welder.
    2) Make internal modifications to your alternators rectifier.

  • Use your Powermaster alternator as a DC power
         supply for welding or battery jumping.
  • Straight & reverse polarity compatible.
  • Welding amperage directly related to amperage
         capability of alternator.
  • 250 amps maximum
  • No moving parts.
  • Digital MOSFET architecture for maximum
         reliability.
  • Generates no heat or broadband noise: won't
         interfere with radio of vehicle electronics.
  • Complete with all cables, wiring harness and
         accessories needed to install (not pictured);
         alternator available separately.
